    I need to be more consistent with my nightly routine. If I prep breakfast and lunch the night before it saves me 10-15 minutes in the am. I hate rushing in the morning. I need to get better at making this an everyday thing. I do wash and put away a the dishes each day. I hate dirty dishes and a dirty home. Gives me anxiety lol. Thanks for sharing your tips.

      I find that a good nightly routine flows into a good morning routine. Making decisions and good preparation in the evening is key to a successful morning!
